Caution!

I've lived here for about 18 months, and frankly the only reason I still live here is because I am too tired to move. The apartment is relatively clean, but on move in day, the MANAGER filled out my move-in existing damage form--with only the problem of a damaged patio--which has never been fixed. I've mentioned other things like my microwave buttons not working--the office person shrugged and nothing was done about it.
I know somebody who is moving to a house--and unlike most DECENT apartment complexes, she was not let out of her lease. I have NEVER lived in a complex that did not let homebuyers out of their lease.
The owners are cheapskates; the printer in the "business center" (and those are sarcastic quote-marks) never has ink--and when you inform them of it, they have to order a new one which takes at least a week. When asked why they don't have extras on hand, I get a sheepish "I don't make the rules" smile.
One of the two computers does not have microsoft word on it. Despite multiple complaints from multiple people they have not fixed the fact that that same computer for whatever reason does not have access to hotmail's website. Translation: everybody waits for the one functioning computer.
The manager is a phony--very friendly smile while she tells you that there is nothing that can be done about whatever your concern is.
Gym equipment is not horrible, not great. Not enough equipment--lots of lines! Doesn't help that the manager's non-resident boyfriend comes and uses the equipment all the time.
Would I recommend it' No, in fact I discouraged a friend from miving in recently for the above among other reasons . . .
