Craptastic From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   I have lived here almost 2 years and things were great when it was owned by Perennial. Since Amli took over things have gone downhill. They opened 4 new buildings yet just now added 2 more washers/dryers to the ONE laundry facility, taking the total to 8 each. The ONE fitness center is equally disproportionate to the increase in units, often causing lines for some of the equipment. The leasing staff has realy suffered as well. Perennial's staff was VERY friendly while these condescending B's are a royal pain. The leases clearly state no commercial vehicles but the lot has plenty of oversized company trucks which block parking on either side of them. The residents speed through the complex, nearly hitting pedestrians. And thankfully mine was not one of the 15-20 cars broken into within 3-4 months. They have opened a back gate off the access road, but I constantly see people from the rundown apartments down the access road rolling under or climbing over the gate to walk through our lot to get to the grocery store. My girlfriend and I were going to ignore all of this and move in together into a larger unit, but the pet weight limit of 35 lbs. wouldn't accept her Labrador. That doesn't stop me from seeing 70 lb. dogs walking around the community. HYPOCRITES! Overall, Amli has really let this nice, quiet community go down the toilet since they took over. I would not recommend anyone to lease here or any Amli if this is how the rest of the company works.
