We have lived here some time and watched as it went downhill even more with new management.The laundry room is always nasty, you can hear your neighbors walking around..especially at night, the walls are paper thin, and management does nothing about complaints. There have many many car thefts,break ins, along with car break ins.The complex doesnt say sorry or try to help, but when you park in an area to watch your car you get an expensive ticket from a security gaurd you never see otherwise.call the police here about a break in and nothig haappens. Also, there is a guy on drugs walking around and talking to himself and they do nothing...children even live above him.Mail gets lost and on Christmas the complex was too lazy to help UPs etyc ghet packages to them.they had about 70 in their office with no notice to anyone..half of it gets sent back.You go to the mailbox to find very important mail outside the boxes or that it has been put into someone elses.They wont let you out of lease to move and frankly are rude and obtrusive.

"You" realandraw, are very ignorant and are the "dummy"...I am one of the 20 people that has had their car broke into. In fact, since living here (for 3 years) I've had my car broken into 4 times. The last time they demolished my car and I had to sell it off as junk. Several police reports were generated and nothing was ever done to curb crime here where we all live. One would hope to live in a somewhat safe community, especially paying the high rent that we all do. Their cameras at the front gate do not even work, so that right there should tell you something "Dummy". The staff here sucks and are very rude...It took them two months to give me my new lease, how professional is that. I really hate ignorant people like you. And you are just full of even more stupid suggestions. My favorite one is where you say simply call the Police. I have called the Police numerous times to report break ins here, they do nothing. You obviously did not even remotely read the above complaints. None of the comments were ignorant. They are all facts, read the rest of the reviews on here and on other websites about the ridiculous community we live in. Get a life sucker...yawning!!! I'll be glad to move out of here to get away from idiots like yourself.

since when is it the managements responsibility to get you your package from UPS?? that is UPS' responsibility and has nothing to do with the office. and in regards to break-ins, you live in the city!! things happen. things happen anywhere. and crime is controlled by your local law enforcement so call the DeKalb County Police and not the management.
