good apart. From: jcupp05 Date posted: 5/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here 2 years. I am moving to Nashville, Tn. is the only reason I'm moving out. IF I were to renew my lease the rent would have gone up quite a bit but that isn't the reason I'm moving. I haven't had a big problem with noise. I live near the office and can hear people putting their trash in the dumpster late at night, but that's it. Convenient location for Atlanta and a very nice apartment. I have had no maintenance problems as nothing has broken. One other bad thing which has nothing to do with the apartments is Comcast, duh. For 3 mos. tt acted like a sattelite losing signal and just as suddenly as it started it stopped and is good again now. Overall I would recommend it. I will add another review after move out. Hopefully it goes well.
