This place sucks ass. In the 10 months that I've lived here there has been several car break-ins, a shooting, break in at leasing office (Rent Drop Box). On any given day or night you can find the one exit and two entrace vehicle gates wide open with arm raised. You would think that with all of the break-ins abd other things that they would at least keep the so called security gates closed. Also Amli are requiring all tenants to sign up for a 100,000 dollar renters insurance policy with a company the selected named (eRENTER) which is a huge rip off since it does not cover the tenants personal property, but covers they're property, or get your own with proof of purchase. Now that is a slap in the face to all residents of AMLI (Now who in the hell would do something that stupid). Now with all of that said thats said that's why i feel that they are going to sell the property due to all of the problem that they are having with this propery, which they are to blame to a certain extent. Not to mention the rent has decreased by 200.00 dollars (Wow,what a way to keep out the unwanted)and they recently installed security cameras and hired security guards to patrol the property(I think they only work a few nights a week) which havn't seemed to help them in catching any bad guy.

I definitely agree with you! Thats's why I moved out 2 months ago...do not waste your time or money there!

Ummm...they allow you to purchase renters insurance from erenter or your company of choice. Erenters cheapest policy is liability only, but they have several other policies available that cover your personal items. How old are u...12? 100,000 liability is standard liability coverage on a renters policy. Yes, there are car break ins. Why do idiots keep leaving items in their cars? I have no problems living here and enjoy my beautiful apartment. If anyone has any questions about my experience as a resident here,email me roscoemcadory@yahoo.com.
