When I moved into this building it was great. Close to the city, all young professionals, pool and fitness centre and great rates. By the time I left two years later the young professionals were long gone, it was inhabited by mostly students, the management had changed several times and customer service was horrible. Finding parking had also became quite the challenge. Also maintenance would often do a quick fix rather than a proper one.
