The office staff was extremely helpful, even to the point of offering to come help with maintenance issues when maintenance wouldn't help. Maintenance is slow but eventually they get around to it.
Noise can be a problem as you do hear bumps in the night from above and beside.
So close to I75 - easy to get on the expressway.
Trashshoots make garbage disposal easy. Laundry in every apartment.
Gated entrance ALWAYS broken open.
Friendly environment. Lots of 20-something young professionals.
Plenty of parking in downstairs lot. Can spend $25/month for reserved space, but always unreserved spaces available.
Excercise equipment often broken or being used by someone else. Not many machines.
Elevator in all buildings makes loading easy. Grocery carts provided so carrying groceries to apartment is a breeze. Carts not always there though.
We blew fuses often.
Very close to grocery store, dry cleaners, fast food, gas stations, CVS, etc.
I would recommend this apartment for someone looking to be very close to I75 and looking for a pretty nice, helpful apartment facility.
