I think this apartment is very nice. It's pretty spacious for the amount you pay. I live with a roommate and pay $914/month. However, we live in an unrenovated apartment - since they did all the renovations, I'm pretty sure those prices have gone up a bit. It's close to Buckhead and Midtown and the area is very quiet and nice. It also has a covered garage, so your car doesn't get messed up by snow and stuff. Not to mention that the service staff is very quick to fix any problems you may have.
The only gripes I have with the place is that the elevator is very slow and doesn't feel safe.
