On behalf of the entire team of AMLI at West Paces (office and service), I would like to thank each and every person who has taken the time to comment about their experience in the community. We recognize that taking valuable time from your schedule to share your feelings and comments is something we value at the community.
With the exception of elevators (scheduled to be completed by the end of October, early November), the renovation of the community has been completed. This includes a state-of-the art two-story fitness center, updated Resident Activity Center, new Resident Business Center (we tripled the
computer access) complete with fax / copier and small meeting room, as well as a new entry to the Leasing Office. And, we still serve Starbucks Coffee daily-- our residents love it!
Inside each apartment, there is new carpet, new Italian ceramic tile, new maple cabinets with brushed nickel finishes, new crown molding, and new countertops. New appliances (all Whirlpool) including refrigerators, dishwashers, water heaters, stoves have also been installed. ALL apartments also have a Whirlpool washer/dryer as well.
We have repaved, resurfaced, and rebuilt much of the community and are very proud of the end result. Location has always been a prime reason that our residents have chosen to live in the community. Now, outstanding interior features can be added to the list.
Regarding other items, please judge for yourself and comment accordingly. Both the Service Team and the Management team contain team members recognized on a national level for providing outstanding customer service and performance. I firmly believe that we have one of the best teams in Atlanta-- and our team loves being here, evidenced by zero turnover in the office or service team since I started last year.

I had the pleasure of working with Martin during my short tenure with AMLI and he is without a doubt the finest, most professional and obviously most caring manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Martin leads by example and the fact that he has had zero turnover in a year in this industry should say it all. Martin sets that bench mark even higher for the rest of us.
