Maintenance is the worst ever!

I can't believe hese maintenance guys have a job. They are the most incompetent gang of morons I have ever seen. They used my personal items to repair a leak and mutiliated an heirloom to accomplish their task. But the problem was not resolved. It was not resolved in any sens eof the word. Are they retarded' I cannot wait to move out as this place is not worth the money! PS, my car was vandalized and all I got from them is "Read your lease" and they are not responsible!
