Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The apartments have been newly renovated so I guess they feel that they can charge more for them but if you like paying a lot for rent and the possibility of your car getting broke into is high than this is the place for you! They get you on the water bill (when have you ever had to pay $45 for a two bedroom apt.) and they get you when you move out on extra charges($30 for the blinds being bent when they could be bent back). There isn't enough parking for the residents and stuff falls from the concrete above and messes the paint up on your vehicle. The elevator only works half the time because it is always breaking and then when your lease is up, they try to raise the rent $100!
