I have just celebrated my second (2nd) anniversary with AMLI at West Paces and am proud of the results the entire team has accomplished over that time. Combining our teams (Office and Maintenance), there are 10 people who collectively have over 35 years of experience with AMLI Residential. 60% of our staff has been recognized on a regional or national level for outstanding service or performance. This community truly has some of the best in the industry and I am honored to have them on my team.

We are continuing to work hard in 2006 as we get ready for another successful year in 2007.

Regarding customer service issues, our community sends annual surveys to all residents. In each case, residents are able to communicate directly with the Community Manager or Corporate Office. The vast majority of our comments are positive and gracious, recognizing our team's efforts to make AMLI at West Paces an experience worthy of it's current designation as the 2005 AMLI Residential Southeast Region Community of the Year -- the best in Atlanta.

While I refrain from communicating more than every six months on this site, we review the comments on a regular basis and take them very seriously. Our team is strictly forbidden from adding postings to this site that might change the scoring (a common practice in some other communities). I continue to invite anyone who posts on this site to follow-up with a direct call to the office so we can address any issues directly and effectively. I believe that it is only through face-to-face communication, not anonymous postings, that issues are resolved.

As we reflect on the past two years, our entire team is proud of the job that has been done and continue to operate on the philosophy that going above and beyond whenever possible is the right thing to do.

If you have any questions about how we operate, please take a moment to stop by the office and tour the community for yourself. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised and will want to join other residents in our community who feel the same way.
