AMLI at W. Paces has had its ups and downs for me.
*What they say about mold is VERY true - I've never seen so much mold in my bathroom. I bleach the grout and tile at least twice a week! I've complained and asked for it to be looked into because I truly believe there is mold growing behind the tile. Their solution was to bleach and re-grout to cover it up. NICE!
*The bug problem is true too. But you can call and ask for the exterminator to come and spray every Friday, free of charge. I put myself on the list every other Friday and haven't had a problem since I moved in... or if I forget to call one week. Then is ant and cockroach city!
*The management staff is ok if you catch them on a good day. I've had terrible experiences with them, but also really great experiences. They are overall pretty nice, but don't expect any favors or anything outside the norm.
*Maintenance staff is good. Whenever I have a clogged drain or need soemthing fixed, they come within 24 hours (unless its a weekend).
*I feel safe here, but I think you always have to be aware and take extra precautions. There were a rash of car break ins a few months back. To solve it, management re-issued all of our gate cards and codes to eliminate stray cards floating around. They also hired a security guard to sit in the apartment complex occasionally.
Overall, I can't complain. Like I said earlier - its OK. I thought it was worse until I read comments/ratings on other aparatments in the area and realized maybe I don't have it so bad.
