I love the location, but feel that the overall complex has declined. Background checks anyone' Safety - we've had car break-ins but recently they've become apartment break-ins' I also think the rental rate is too expensive. Some residents look sketchy and hang out in the garage. The garage does leak stuff onto your cars but it does appear to wash off. However there is no on-site car cleaning location, so the management should pay for car washes! The gym is nice and accessible but sometimes the equipment doesn't work. I've always had a great rapport with the office staff, and when I've had problems, things have been resolved. Also, if you're considering moving here, PAY ATTENTION to the highway noise. It is not "just white noise" as I was told. It's distracting and will wake you up if you can ever get to sleep. I've invested in a loud fan to try to cover up the outside noise. Forget sitting on your balcony and trying to hold a conversation with someone.

This complex was never in a better shape, this is what they consider the renovated version of this moldy place. The rates are definitely too expensive for what you are getting in return.You feel that you have been cheated out of your money: you pay for a place you don't (can't)even want to stay at once you realize what is the real deal.It's very very noisy, you can't even open your windows none the less be on the patio, as for later at night all you hear in your bedroom is the highway traffic.
As for the interior, it smells moldy during the summer and winter, I have over 5 freshener around the 2 bedrooms apt to mask the moldy smell, in addition to waking up congested every morning( I don't even have any allergies or sinus).let's not forget the very old HVAC system.
And the garage, it is always dirty, dark and infested with flies and bugs, there is always cars parked to the curb across from the entrance blocking the way. People hanging out in the garage, have chairs at their front door drinking beer and smoking , and even somtimes taking their cigarettes into the elevator.
the office staff is the only positive thing about this place.
I would not recommend this place in a million years, if I could move out today, with no penalties I would. This is the worst place I have ever lived at.
