I usually do not comment on these ratings because so many people only want to comment on their negative experiences...they go on about the negative. Commenting on a fellow neighbors previous comments...I do not know where this people come up with such comments. I have lived at west paces for several years and have no ambition of moving anytime soon. The location is one of the best in Atlanta - there is quick access everywhere. I have had no problems with a car break-in, although, I don't leave stuff out in the open in my car...that might be a start for those with break-ins. Secondly, it is in the middle of Atlanta and after talking with many friends who are atl police officers...this place is great compared to most other apartments in the area. Other places are much worse. I also give props to the office here for offering a security meeting...I doubt many of the people complaining were even there. The pool and grill area are awesome...I have met so many great neighbors hanging out in this area. My apartment is great and a really good price for the area it is in. I would tell anyone to for sure give this place a second look. There is a great mix of residents here...not sure what other people are commenting about.
