Happy Resident

I just wanted to respond to the last comment that was written because I recently moved in to this community and have been very pleased with everything so far. My apartment was clean when I moved in and I haven't had any issues with parking. My leasing consultant had made it clear to me that Pest Control was weekly but upon request. My last community never even had that option nor did they regularly replace air filters. At most apartment communities, you usually you need to call the office to have that done, so I assume that is the way it is here.

I am glad you are happy, but from the places I have experienced this is very poor. My complaint is that as residents more should be part of the routine and not the request. Ultimately to each his own and my vote is I would not recommend this place to anyone.

What new resident watches the apartment review board and immediately responds to a complaint??? It sounds like a commission leasing consultant acting in their self-interest to try and keep the Apartment review score up!!!! Fix the mold and break-ins and you wouldn???t have to worry about the complex???s bad a reputation.

My response with Amli has been horrible. I have never ever had to deal with the bugs i.e. catepelliar epidimic. With so many complaints you shouldn't have to request pest control. I shouldn't have to request air filer changes it should be automatic. My expectations aren't unreasonable. Also, with the additional charges for reserved parking I should not have to constantly deal with other people parking in my space. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

As a new resident you still haven't had time to see what it's really about, trust we we were all new residents at first, and yes the aprt was clean when I moved in, the moldy smell didn't surface until all the chemicals used inside the aprt to prepep it wore off. As for the bugs, the first time i started noticing the catepelliar, was a month later, and now there is always about 3 or 4 of them in laundry room every time, and at leat one dead in my tub, and a bunch just crawling around onthe walls and carpet, how much off you time are you willing every week to give them take care of a problem that shouldn't exist in the first place. What kinda place have you lived in before that don't care about the power efficiency of their appliances, even changing air filter makes a difference in the quality of air you are breathing and your power bill.
I didn't find the living conditions at Amli to even meet standard expection: the guarantee 24-48 hrs service request goes unanswered every time, they never show up, i usual have to play phone tag with the leasing office( there's almost never anyone to answer the phone) to figure out what is going on with the repair schedule.
