Great location smack in the center of all the excitement... Buckhead, Vinings, Marietta, Atlanta and Atlantic Station.

Pool, grill, fitness & business center, tennis ball court, meeting area. Very quiet neighbors and don't mind you having and good time. After all we are not robots. Most of the people here that i see range from mid 20's to early 40's. I stay in building 1 and find people are quite respectful there.

Staff takes care of you very well and caters to you just a humanly as they possibly can. The maintenance staff is helpful and they're always fun to speak too. Ive had things wrong with my apartment in the past and they were repaired in a very timely manner.

My unit fits me well. A spacious 1 bedroom with a 12 foot ceiling. A den the size of another bedroom, fireplace, balcony and nice kitchen appliances.

I hate unit/public parking so parking is what is will always be, you never know what to expect when you have to park next to someone and you see your car. I suggest reserving your spot as I will be when I get a car worth reserving. I have heard of thefts as security can be an issue, but everyone knows never to leave things you love in your car. After all crimes exist.

All in all this is a great place to stay.

I'm thinking that someone who works there wrote this. It is not the experience of even someone who was even willing to work with the management as things went down hill after living there for five years. And I'm sure it has absolutely nothing in common with the experience of at least 75% of the people who have lived there over the last ten years.
