I have lived here for 6 months now and i agree it is a great place to live. The location is great. I moved here from Duluth in which I absolutely loved my apartment but because of the commute to work downtown it was too much. The maintenance staff is great and prompt. I do expect that living in Atlanta there will be break-ins and car theft this is the city. I am a bit more careful with unlock doors and leaving items in my car. I hope I never experience it. I do not receive a letter on my door every week regarding break-ins. As a matter of fact i have only received 1 but this is the city. I do not hear my neighbors, very quiet here. People are friendly staff and residents. There is enough parking, I do not expect to park in front of the elevator this is not my private home. If you come in late at night there will be a parking space maybe not the one you get when you get off work at 5:00pm.
