Keep Looking. Donīt stop at the Alexan From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/22/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   You could probably sleep better at one of the Buckhead Bars than at the Alexan. You feel like you are living with everyone in the building since you can see in every persons apartment and can hear if the apartment above you or below you sneezes. The parking is downright ridiculous. They give you a parking space number that is no where near your apartment. if you are on the 3rd floor, you will park on the the 6th floor. They never thought to put the parking spaces on the same floor as your apartment. It is not really rocket science to come up with that one. there is a block party at the pool every night. the office staff is pretty much worthless except for Angela. They look at you like you are stupid everytime you go in there and they are extremely unhelpful about anything. I do have to say that Chip and the rest of the maintenence crew is absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.
