I completely agree with most of these statements here. The staff and manager are VERY RUDE. The apartments are very LOUD. You can hear neighbors walking, talking, playing music, flushing toilets, taking showers, etc. The parking situation is a complete mess. Having friends/visitors is a complete pain. You have to walk down to the security guy, sign a visitor in, get the visitor a pass from security guy to post inside their car, walk them back to your apartment and then you have to return the pass back to security guard when they leave. If not they will charge you $20 for the plastic visitor card! This is for each guest you have over. The parking deck is the worst design I have ever seen. You dont even get to park on your level. You have to take the stairs! And yes, they will tow your car without a second thought.
And dont get me started on the ghetto, freaknic atmosphere outside your window every night. Just search the AJC for all the crime in this area of Buckhead. Dont make the same mistake I did by moving in here. Heck, even the restaurant in the building decided not to move in and has been empty for 2 years.
Go elsewhere. For this much rent, you should be treated nicer and should not have to deal with these nightmares. Ask ANY resident at Alexan and they will tell you plenty of horror stories.
