I have lived at this complex for a year and if it weren't for my job situation looking shaky and needing to find something less expensive, I'd renew. I REALLY don't want to move. But just can't afford it anymore. True, it can be noisy and the parking lot is a little irritating, but other than that I have no complaints. For those that complain of the noise on the weekends, if you want peace and quiet don't move to the heart of Buckhead. That's common sense. I've never fouhnd the noise that bad anyway. It was something to get used to when I first moved in but it's been a lot better lately - maybe it's because of the imposed bar closing's at 3 a.m. Anyway, the apartmnts themselves are beautiful and the maintenance crew is friendly and efficient. I've never heard my neighbors any more so than I would at any other apartment complex, which is just the occasional stomping across the floor - but I think the guy above me is just extremely heavy-footed. Love the location and the security of the building. I'm a single woman and have never felt safer anywhere else. One caveat, I wouldn't leave my car unattended on the lowest level of the garage overnight because on the weekends occassionally someone will break into one. That area at the lowest level by the elevator is not gated and the security guard rarely patrols that part of the lot. Other than that it's wonderful. I love my apartment and if the rent weren't so steep I'd renew in a heartbeat. Future tenants with good jobs, or rich parents:) - enjoy...
