From: mike6142@hotmail.com Date posted: 8/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Alexan Buckhead does not want your business...I say this because they are too busy holding current tenants hostage. I'm no expert on lease agreements, but is it standard to hold someone in a place beyond the lease agreement just because a 60 day written notice was not given' If i were a landlord I would want new tenants rather then old tenants residing against their will. This was really what prompted me to write the review. Other issues are parking and crime. The biggest issue if you do move in is to get a courtyard room. I spent my first year on the exterior of the building and went an entire year without sleep. The leasing office didnt offer to volunteer the information that they were building a skyscraper directly across the street and every morning at 6 am i heard the break whistle blow at hour intervals. Overall I would look for other options in the buckhead area then Alexan Buckhead.
