Bad to worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   As if the noise, crime, and management issues aren't enough, now Alexan has informed tenants their guests will no longer be allowed to park in the parking lot. Apparently, the spaced will now be used for a new restaurant moving into our building. And to top it off, they want to charge $25 for each guest parking pass tenants do not turn in, even though the passes will be rendered useless as of this month. Did I mention we pay $20 a month for parking...one parking spot, nothing for our guests in the heart of BUCKHEAD! The end of my lease can't come soon enough! Oh yeah, they keep raising the rent too...and the fire alarms wake me up on a weekly basis. Need any more convincing to stay away'
