I moved to Atrium at Buckhead Village (formerly Alexan Buckhead) about 2 months ago and LOVE it so far ! The staff is great and went above and beyond to help me make a cross-country move much more smoothe! The grounds always look VERY nice, I never see trash in my hallway, floors are powerwashed at least once a week, courtyard is clean and tidy and common areas are always nice! The business center is a wonderful place to relax and they have Starbucks coffee to start your morning off right! And the fitness center has never really seen too crowded and is one of the nicest ones that I saw when apartment searching. Maintenance is great, had a small problem or two when I first moved in (because they had to rush to get it ready) and they took care of it the same day! It feels very secure (coming from a single female) with card access on all exterior and most interior doors and gated parking for residents. The restaurant that everyone was moaning about in previous posts is no longer there and there is ample parking for guests as of right now. Can't think of any real complaints and the pricing for the size was as good as you will find in this area...BELIEVE Me, I did my homework before moving!
