I pay 990.00 per mo. for single bedroom, round 130 in utilities per mo.

PARKING: Unsafe. My neighbor got his motorcycle stolen right out of the "gated" garage. Multiple break-ins' last winter, neither apprehended. The back gate is the one most people use, and when it is remotely open it stays open for about 10 seconds after the car enters. At which time the gate WILL reopen if another car scoots in there and stay open for another 10 sec, basically allowing anyone to follow residents into the garage.

NOISE: I live on the Marta side of the building and the noise is horrible, Marta AND railroad tracks are within 75 yds, not to mention the Resurgens Center's LOADING DOCK right outside my window (listening to semi trucks beeping backup at 6 am is not cool), uuuuggghh. Couple this with thin windows and a Marta train that hits the horn every time they come into the station and you will receive a very poor level of sleep. The walls are thin and i can actually hear my neighbor play his rap music through two walls!

GROUNDS: Landscape ok, nothing to complain about here, uninspired and dull. "Business Center" is a joke, the computers are so crammed with myspace crap and other viruses that they barely work; when they break the staff takes forever to fix them. The fax machine is broken and the one that they have in the leasing office doesnt work either. Hallways are nasty. Stained carpet (I actually saw a puddle of dog pee covered up, not cleaned, with a towel yesterday.) Walls are scraped and dinged constantly, and management thinks the way to fix it is with spot check paint job that clearly shows as you walk down the hallways. We have been promised a new paint job for months now and nothing has been done. Gym is nasty, never cleaned. Hot tub looks like it exchanges water with the urinals in MARTA.

SAFETY: Your property is unsafe. It's a nice side of town so I don't think your going to get attacked or raped on the grounds but your property isn t safe. Like I said the gates are always open and zero security. Multiple break-ins last winter and my friend s motorcycle was stolen, even with 3 locks on it. And they recently shut down the business center after 5 pm because someone tried to steal the computer equipment. Yet the gates have been "broken" for at least a month with no fix date promised

CONSTRUCTION: It's a new place, so everything is still in good condition. Cabinets are nice, fridge works fine, disposal good. Nothing bad in this department.

MAINTENANCE: Nothing has broken in my apartment so I can t speak on this, but the maintenance of the common grounds is very poor. See "GROUNDS" above for more...

STAFF: One pissed off black woman with attitude, one nice black woman, one really nice bubbly white woman who always has zero answers to my questions (should hire a pomeranian in her place), and white manager Melissa who goes on the offensive if you make any complaints.The leasing staff is always changing so no one ever has answers to questions. They always direct you to Melissa who says that "its in the budget to get fixed but nothing ever happens. Hollow Promises


OVERALL: DONT BELIEVE THEIR LIES. THEY ADVERTISE AND LIE AND ACT ALL PERKY TO GET YOU TO SIGN A LEASE, THEN THEY HAVE YOU BY THE BALLS AND YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT TAKE IT OR PAY AN EXTRA MONTH'S RENT TO GET OUT OF THE LEASE. !!!!!!!!PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT SIGN THAT PAPER!!!!!!!

Note: I received so many promises that have not been followed up on that it would take another 2 pages to write them down. I assure you that whatever they are telling you is going to get fixed or cleaned is not going to happen. Don't fall for the trap.

Despite all this bad stuff I will say the location is absolutly the best, but I would reccomend going to another complex between lenox and roxbury, there are about 3 option I think. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
