I've lived at Alexan Lenox since day 1.. When I first moved in there were only 2 other residents on my floor and about 10 of us total in the entire building. Everything was beautiful! Everything WORKED!! The office staff was extra friendly and always helpful.
Into year 2 the office staff changed more than I changed my paper towel rolls. Each new group that came in became more and more rude and incompetent. They lost my rent check on 2 occassions and kept harrassing me about paying late fees even though they lost it and I had proof of my intial payment.
The fitness center equipment was constantly broken - people would break the power plugs and steal the remote to the tv's.
Year 3: the property has a contract with local schools such as AIU and allow them to rent MULTIPLE apartments to students. NOISY ALL THE TIME. the kids are filthy, one day there was a half eaten hamburger in the elevator and it was still there when i came home from work 8 hours later.
You can never use the business center - students use it as an entertainment area.
The jacuzzi is GREEN with MOLD
The stairwell by my apartment has had the same trash, animal hair, drug baggies sitting there for over 3 months and they've even hired someone to "keep the property clean"
For the 3rd time my rent was LOST this time Stolen out of the DROP BOX which is located INSIDE OF THE SECURE BUILDING THAT YOU CAN ONLY ENTER IF YOU HAVE A GATE KEY or someone buzzes you in. Secure my ass!
They've installed cameras yet they can't figure out and stop whoever is making the place so trashy.
The staff is rude for the most part.
The apartments are overpriced - less than 1 minute away there are 3 diff properties with REAL GRANITE COUNTERTOPS (not the fake ones at alexan lenox) stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, larger floorplans for $200 less than what alexan is charging with working grills, and pools, and a brand new fitness center with lcd hd tvs, vs. the 4 single old school tvs with the fuzzy reception and one doesnt work at all its just a big blue screen over at alexan.
I am sooo out of here and i'm not looking back!

I JUST WALKED THE PROPERTY THIS WEEK.
THE PROPERTY LOOKED GREAT BUT NOW I'M WORRIED ABOUT IT BEING A FAKE SHOW-- DO YOU HAVE ANY COMMENTS MORE RECENT.

Can you Elaborate on those 3 different properties in the area? I'm getting ready to move to atlanta and i'm looking for a nice place thats affordable.
