I considered Alexan Terrace the "Jewel of Midtown" when I first moved here nearly one year ago. Beautiful brand new apartments with breathtaking views of both Downtown and Midtown at a fairly reasonable price.

Overall I have really loved living here although there are a few issues that must be addressed before I would consider renewing my lease.

First: The parking garage should have a video monitoring system due to the high number of automobile break-ins.

Second: Lose the entire staff on board now and replace them with individuals who genuinly understand the job. Personality and common customer service is truely lacking at Alexan Terrace.
