Nice Midtown location, but with it comes lots of street noise. The worst thing about these apartments is that they did a poor job insulating the doors and windows. At night you can hear car stereos and mufflers, the homeless screaming at each other, and anything else happening outside. The windows are ok at keeping out noise, but the french doors that each apartment has are horrible. On mine I have a 1/2 inch gap that lets in light and air and probably increases my heating and cooling costs significantly. I can't wait to move out so I can get a quiet nights rest.
