From New York to Atlanta From: kmjn67 Date posted: 5/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My husband and I have lived here for only a little while, and have in a sense started to regret our decision to move here. The lease process is probably about the last nice smile we got from the office. This seems to be the new trend in leasing: Smile and be extremely friendly until they've signed. How very unfortunate, as the Alexan is in a good midtown location. Our neighbors are very loud at times, and our neighbors above resemble a group of ponies. We will start to call Atlanta Police, as the office has offered no assistance, or the concerns have gone to a deaf ear. My husband and I moved here from New York, so we're used to the usual city noises - but the Alexan lets in more noise than usual. The windows are not the best, nor are the french doors. Maintenance has been swift and fast.
