i have lived here since last winter, and have recently grown a bit angry at the escalating problems. the portion of the property that runs along juniper street has a lot of dog feces from other residents that could care less. i have received quite a few prarie oysters from the office about noise ordinances and building standards.

i read that someone thinks the property is racist' i cant comment personally but i wouldnt be surprised if they were. i am moving at the end of my lease, and will be much happier to leave this place.

visitor parking was designed to be a pain in the neck. my visitors have to park across the street, and go through THREE callboxes to come see me. my friends rarely come visit because of all the hassle.

the people that have recently moved in have left a lot to be desired, and the office is apparently now only interested in leasing to anyone versus leasing to quality residents.

the office has these really cheesy banners on the lightposts that say things like and <5 star service> who are they fooling' the 5 star service makes me laugh!!

this place has really gone down the tube. look closely before you lease... or renew.
