From: marnNatl Date posted: 6/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   i wish i knew about this website last year! i broke my lease after being upset for too long. my a/c kept going out in the typically hot and humid atlanta days, and they couldn't fix it properly. there was a string of apartment and car break-ins around xmas time. there is a high number of gsu & gt students at the place, and it sometimes becomes loud. one night, a girl upstairs on the 4th floor from me locked two guys out on the balcony and made them scream to get back in. i went upstairs and she was drunk and slammed the door in my face. the water sprinklers outside my windows would leak into the apartment sometimes with pinkish water. i wasn't happy there.
