i picked a courtyard apartment for the quiet, but it has recently gotten louder and less than what it was made out to be. parking has become a problem on weekends, the office says that some people are gone all week-i dont buy that. i moved from another one of TCRS' communities, and they are all starting to share one common theme: sloppy leasing guidelines lets ghetto scrubs in.




the smell of stinking garbage is very ripe in the trash chute rooms, because the garbage backs up often as they dont have enough garbage capacity for the number of people living here. the bottom level of the parking garage (P Level) is typically an eyesore with the exposed large piles of garbage in the dumpsters. when the garbage truck comes to collect it, thats a whole other mess.



i like the location, i can walk to all kinds of stores (only in the day mind you) and the fox theater is just a few blocks up. one of the original krispy kreme stores is right down ponce too so are some great sushi places.



getting out of here on the weekends is a trial in itself as it is always all star weekend in atlanta. the thumping music is sure to bother anyone that picks an apartment not in the courtyard.



as far as i know, they arent fully leased, and there is a reason for that. a few weeks ago the fire alarms kept going off and i had to leave my apartment at one in the morning. the office had the same crap explanation. i only go to the office to pay my rent, nothing else.
