I was personally not very pleased with the previous property manager, and the current property manager and her entire staff are in need of a facelift and overhaul.

Resident input goes into one ear and is dumped out another. Noise complaints are handled in a non professional manner as well slow.

A large number of large dogs reside at the property; Dogs that are clearly over the limit.

I can walk seven blocks to Piedmont Park, one of the very few nice perks about living here, as well as walk three blocks to Publix and Walgreen's (open 24/7).

The parking garage is narrow and poorly designed with no convex mirrors or speed humps... one day there WILL be a big crash in the garage because people drive like maniacs!

Bedrooms are so small, and the kitchen isn't a "luxury" kitchen, as Alexan makes it to be.

Alexan Terrace isn't a luxury community, that is false advertising. I suppose when you throw up some poorly installed cheap crown molding and some disgusting light fixtures... its luxury. Not in this writer's book!
