Convenient location but very noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/21/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This place is most convenient apartment in Midtown but it is noisy. Our lives were wonderful after a man moved upstairs. We can hear every steps he makes. I have never met the guy so he maybe just heavy set guy but man, we can hear everything! Other than that, every Sunday, our trash room / trash chute get full. That is unacceptable to me. Maybe if you are moving from larger cities like NY, it maybe acceptable'
