These comments are unreal. I lived a Alexan Terrace this year and was very impressed with the office and property. Being in a mid-rise building and in midtown traffic noise is to be expected, but not to the degree the other postings expressed. I lived on the first floor facing Ponce De Leon and slept like a baby every night. I got to know my neighbors and found the apartment environment and Midtown to be an ideal place to be. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
