Welcome to the Alexan, a community with a website that would make you want to vomit and then ring the neck of the person that hired the web designers.
Oh how the Alexan sings on a weekend, from trashed lobbies and pulled fire alarms to loud --- sex and pornographic materials everywhere.
The assistant property manager and his --- hag (a.k.a. the community manager) could care less about this place... the residents... the vandalism... and the noise... the illegal pets... nothing.
Oh how the Alexan shines on a weekday, from loud drug parties on the first floor and a fitness center that smells like feces to the lack of proper parking and the callboxes that are always broken.

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS NEWSPAPER ARTICLE THAT I FOUND LAST YEAR (IT'S ABOUT THIS PLACE)
An apartment complex on Ponce de Leon Avenue was vandalized. Among the damage: black marks on the walls and blood on the first floor. On the second floor, there was a rattrap near the fire exit. On the fourth floor, cat litter was scattered in the hallway, and there was glitter in the stairwell. On the fifth floor, there was an overturned plate of food on the hall carpet. On the terrace level, in the stairwell, there was mustard, a broken coffee jar, a jelly jar and "unidentified substances" on the stairs, wall and railings. On the Juniper Street side of the building, there were streamers, magazines and coat hangers.
In another building (same apartment complex), the stairwell and floors were covered with confetti, birdseed and BBs. "The lobby was completely covered with silver pellets, and red and yellow pieces of shredded paper," the officer wrote. There was confetti in the light fixtures. Two glass doors were sprayed with fake white snow.
And two signs were posted: "Club (name of complex) Midtown's Hottest Underground Party is Right Here!!! Friday-Sunday, 11 p.m.-9 a.m. ... Bring your own condoms and drugs."
The apartment complex has been vandalized before. Apartment officials believe the vandalism is being done to destroy the reputation of the property.

Management does not care about visitors parking on the residents' levels, nor do they care about the repeated car break-ins. They pass out flyers that say "it's not management's responsibility... it's that of the police"
Well, I think it high time that they DO have SOME responsibility. A security officer' Cameras' Better gates' Better doors'
Oh how I loved passing by a door that was brutally broken into the other week. It surely made you think that the Alexan was a true luxury community.
Oh how I love the blonde girl that tosses beer bottles from her balcony on weekends.
Oh how I'm longing to see the five guys that dropped all the porn and religious papers from the 6th floor apartment window.
Oh how splendid it is to see the drug cartel girl in the building across the street have sex with three different guys, as her windows and doors were all open.
Oh what a sight for sore eyes when our fitness center is flooded and smelling like feces.
Oh what a beautiful property it is when the homeless throw trash and broken beer bottles as they pass by to the nearby soup kitchen.
Who could forget the guy across the street that almost fell off his balcony as he threw up one night after partying too much.
And, above all... all the dog feces and illegal pets.
Gotta love this place.
One good thing: The maintenance guys are overworked but they still do their job well. I tip my hat to these guys... always having to clean up the mess from homeless, parties, disrespectful residents, and dirty guests, and so on...
