The ads tout 'urbane' living in midtown, but I really don't think the staff even know how to pronounce the word 'urbane'

Urbane is a word that means many things, but mostly it involves being polite, gentle, and elegant.
Well, the Alexan Terrace is not a single one of those words. If the staff and the marketing company thinks the Alexan Terrace is elegant, then I'd dare not imagine what they'd consider 'basic' housing.
The Alexan Terrace is a new property riddled with problems. It isn't elegant, it is basic. It isn't quiet in any form, it is right on top of a busy intersection, and the buildings were not built with traffic noise in mind.
The two buildings that are known as The Alexan Terrace were built in a fashion suited for rural Forsyth County - not urban City of Atlanta. A few too many of my neighbors are known to come home late at night, after crookedly parking their cars in our narrow narrow narrow poorly designed parking garage - while at the same time making as much noise as possible.
I have seen (or smelled) vomit in the elevators and halls one more than one evening.
The fitness center is marginal, and flooded often - not sure if it bad plumbing or rain'!
The office staff is comprised of a circus act with a ring leader known as the property manager.
The Alexan Terrace is located close to the BellSouth Centers, which is where I work - other than that, I have nothing else to say about it.
