Alexan Terrace, I have been a resident here for the past two years, things have gone from bad to worse ever since I moved in.
Well for starters there are two elevators (building 144) and often times only one is working. For the longest time we had problems with water pressure, this was only fixed after a good couple of months. Just imagine you are taking a shower and all of a sudden there is no water. Initially the laughable reason provided for this problem was that everyone is trying to take shower at the same time and that?s why the problem exists. After the residents laughed this off it took them a good 2 months to fix this problem. Instead of compensating the residents for this inconvenience the leasing staff passed the buck to GA municipal authorities. Anyway there are a few attorneys who live here and they were the only ones to get something out of the leasing office.

Then there are these pranksters that are lurking the halls in the wee hours of the weekend. The fire alarm goes off with alarming regularity, they vandalize the property, glue elevator buttons and god knows what else.

The leasing staff is the most unpredictable? when dealing with these guys its like playing the roulette. There was this guy called Cornelius he was the worst, but now he is gone. Justin and Sarah are very nice to deal with. Carol I believe suffers from split personality, sometimes she is good to deal with and sometimes she is the worst. There is no way I could rate them.

But Alexan is not all bad?. The maintenance staff is very good at what they do, on most occasions maintenance issues are taken care off within 24 hours. The other plus would be its location?.

So here is a list of all that is bad with this place
Elevator problems
Fairly frequent car break-ins (considering that this is a gated community)
Prankster on the loose
Poor Leasing staff
A little on the expensive side

The good things include
Excellent Maintenance staff
Location
Overall if I could find another place I would live there? This place started out well but its gone downhill at a very rapid pace.
