Several things did change when Gables Residential took over. Our property went from 80% occupied to 95% occupied in three months. Our wonderful Gables reputation, outstanding staff, and current residents all played a huge role in this success.
Our residents are very happy with this community and we have several daily visitors just to say hello! We understand that with change we can't make everyone happy and welcome anyone to come into the office with any concerns that they may have.
Our renewal ratio averages 77% by our previous residents. All Corporate Apartments have renewed with our community for tweleve months.
We are concerned that you feel this way and hope that you can come into our office and address your concerns with us.
Thank you, Alexan Terrace

Great. Please return to Alpharetta, etc., and leave intown living to those of us who know what it entails, and who do not expect it to change only because we are gracing the slums with our presence.

It is terrible that you think Alexan Terrace is a slum, this is a wonderful place to live!
Sure, we have car breakins, black people partying all hours, and drug deals out of the ground floor units... this is what makes a great apartment community... choices!
Thank you, Alexan Terrace (now Alexander on Ponce)
