simply fantastic From: alexan_terrace Date posted: 1/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   god i love this place! this place is so awesome! there is no other better community in atlanta, honestly! i swear to god im not part of the leasing office. i'm just a very happy resident living in the first phase (the davis building) at alexan terrace on the 5th floor. there is no comparable place in atlanta. i can walk to the grocery and pharmacy whenever i want. i can also walk to the marta station when i don't want to drive. alexan terrace is mostly white people so it's really safe and very quiet except for brief moments of sex that can be heard here and there - but don't worry it only lasts three to five minutes at the most. this place is so awesome! the bedrooms are huge! the kitchens are oversized! the bathrooms are gigantic! the walk in closets are giant! and the living rooms are mammoth! the balconies have the best views of the skylines of this great awesome city! there is no noise problem here and it's so awesome! i love the location! i love the staff! i love everything! we don't have any problems here with crime or car breakins, we never did. we have never had a single car breakin since we opened! and that nonsense about apartments getting broken into, that was made up by an apartment community down the street that was getting really mad at us leasing a lot. but this place is awesome! it is so cool! the community center is beautiful! the fitness center is better than any gym membership in atlanta and is open all night. someone said that there was a flooding problem down there, total nonsense! that never happened! alexan terrace is the best of the best! lease here today! See how bad a fake review looks' This place really sucks diq! Oh, and so does one the leasing staff!
