I lived here since fall of 04. Since then my car got broken into 4 times, 3 times in the past month (even under the secured parking!) Since the apartments got bought in by Equity Financial, there was a huge downward change in the quality of the management. It was way better under Gables. I complained several times and management was not helpful. Moving out as soon as I can. The garbage room is not cleaned out regularly. There are always strangers walking in the halls. I will give the credit for the quality of the apartments-newer, look leaner, but other than that would strongly recommend against.

Any apartment community in the City you will get car break ins and bums, so when making these ridiculous complaints please think about it. If you do not like living in the city go live out in the country ok. Thank you

Well in response to a few stupid comments, I've lived here as long as the original poster and I've seen some pretty bad things. Beyond a normal car break-in, I've seen cars jacked up on bricks with all their tires and rims stolen. This in a 'secure' parking garage 5 floors up! So its not just 'living in the city' its a simple matter of lack security and a degradation of the management quality.

If you people cannot handle the city life or have all these complaints please go buy a house. I don't understand if you have all this money to afford an apartment that is as much as a mortgage, Buy a damn house then you can have everything the way that you want it, living in an apartment community is not for bitchy people.I have lived in worst cities than this and this community is nothing compared to what is really out there. You also have to keep in mind that every where is not crime free and living in and regardless of who runs the property it will always exist. Unless you people want to live in a bubble stop complaining there are people who are homeless and have no place to live at all.
