Obviously the water situation was a debacle In the end the on-site staff handled it very professionally. I cant say the same for the rent-a-staff ( the people which unanswered phone calls are forwarded to) They told me it wasnt their problem anymore - its your problem - contact the city or I can forward your call) Im sure they had numerous pissed off calls but thats not the tone to set for residents without water for 3 days. ANYWAY when I talked to on-site staff it was nothing but pleasant - in the end we received ample compensation for the inconvenience. I like living here. Compared to most rentals in the area this is an A - there is a bit of construction but thats the price you pay for living in an up and coming neighborhood. When all the surrounding development is complete this place should be the best in town. Although, for something around $1600 a month, you could own a pretty nice house. hmmmmm... but then what would I complain about?
