This place is very over priced for what you receive. My biggest complaints are security and internet access. Despite the fact that there were numerous breakins, and I was told by office staff that they would not feel safe living there, and that people were entering the apartments during the day and remaining in the apartments while they gathered things to take, and that I would have no idea when I returned home whether someone was in my apartment, they refused to allow me to install an extra deadbolt on my door without incurring a $1,000 charge. Yes, $1,000. They supposedly hired a security guard, however, I am in and out during the day and have only seen this guard once. This is a company that would rather charge their tenants $1,000 for a door (seriously, they told me that I would be charged 1,000 for the door when I moved out) despite the fact that their own employees admitted to me they would not feel safe there either. Do not rent from these people.

In addition, the internet access in the community room rarely ever works.
