Since moving in here, I have had to submit a work order for something on the average of once every other week. The apartment had many ---- roaches, specifically from up above the ceiling. The pipes are exposed outside without any insulation around them. There have been so many air gaps in the baseboards that my last heating bill was extremely high. The maintenance crew does not seem experienced to deal with most maintenance issues correctly. Also, people are allowed to have large dogs. There is no enforcement regarding pet areas. The latest problem I?m faced with is termites. Overall, there has been a good effort to make the interior of the apartments look updated, yet under the surface are many problems I wish I would have known about sooner. I never would have moved here.
