It's o.k. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Well we have lived there for almost a year in May and have not really had any problems. There is a roach problem and since I am deathly afraid of them that was a big no-no for me. I mean you come home and you have to scare them away just to get to your door. The office staff was very helpful to me. Maintenance comes in a timely manner to fix things but I must admit things need to be fixed a lot. The ducks also come out of the pond and into various areas of the complex so watch out that you dont hit them. Overall it was an o.k. place to stay. I would recommend it if you are not squeemish, have a high tolerence for things breaking all the time, and want to pay a reasonable rate.
