Pros:
-nice helpful staff
- family like community
-nice kitchens and baths

Cons:
-near railroad tracks, i aways get caught by train
-horrible water pressure in my apt (but only in kitchen)
-there was a fire that burned a whole cluster of apts
- many peoples cars got their tires slashed for no reason
