We moved in the apartment at the beginning of the year, when the old management company had control. THEN it was great! Now that AMLI has taken over and we have new management, things have changed drastically. For one, we have a "clubhouse" with a pool table, big screen TV, etc. However, it is NEVER open on weekends. We have tried to entertain for 3 weeks and the room in never open in the evening. What are we paying for'' Then there is the gate and security. The "gated" community lets anyone that wants to park in the deck come in because it is so slow. I can't tell you how many drugged out thugs I have seen pulling in behind people to get in (and w/o a parking tag). No security! And they dont enforce the "rules" they have put in place to begin with! Management never calls you back if you have a complaint, and you always have to leave a message. Getting in touch with a person is virtually impossible. I can't tell you how many times they have had to come into our apartment for "maintenance" reasons...at LEAST 8! This place has gone down hill! We pay for all of these "amenities", but can't enjoy them!!!!

I couldn't agree more. New mgmt just sucked, one of the takeaways that came with their new rules was locking the "clubhouse" and making it accessible to a "select few". When things change for the better, it's great, but when it's for the worst, not so good, so downhill.

I AGREE! New management is poor poor poor. They are a hazard and liability to their company and the entire industry!
