I lived in this complex for a year. When I moved in it was under different management. The management then was very friendly and helpful and they had awesome move in specials and a great maintenance crew. But when AMLI took over all that changed. You can never get them on the phone, they don't act concern when you have issues, they get around to repairs when they feel like it. To top it all off woman in the leasing office were having affairs with male tenants that were living with the wifes and/or girlfriends, and they were giving there friends discounts and allowing them access to the building by giving them access cards and remotes for the parking garage. You would expect a lot more from the staff of a community that is charging the prices this community does. I will never lease at another AMLI community after this experience.
It is also true that cars were broken into as well as apartments. I understand that not everywhere is going to be 100% safe but when you have FIVE apartments broken into on the same day, that sounds a lot to me like a inside job.

I lived there when the break ins happened that day but you forgot to mention all the other break ins that weren't ever reported in less you saw the police at your neighbors door. Horrible experience all around I loved it when it was brand new but it was all down hill from there!
