Intown living - a great value! I love my apartment.

An Andrew's Court resident for 4 years, I have been thru ups and downs with the place -but mostly all good. I love my apartment and will miss it when moving! I live in a corner unit that's one of the smaller ones in the building.
Pros:
- its on the small side but the location makes up for the size
- hardwood floors, well constructed
- cool building
- very efficent energy - my entire bill is from $17 - 50 per month
- washer/dryers on each floor
- great neighbors - range from early 20s to a few families with small kids
- staff usually fixes things fairly quickly
- walking distance to: library, grocery store, bank, restaurants, freedom park!
Cons:
- raised rent every year
- parking for guests an issue
- staff is 'ok'
- office never calls if you have a package in the office
- if you live on the west side, El Bar (its next door to El Azteca's El Bar) is loud from Thurs - Sat.
- sloped layout of parking lot makes 'dings' likely
- no pool, workout, etc. room
