For Midtown, these apartments are a great deal. With many places in the area renting for well over $1000 - with shoddy construction - these are pretty solid for much less. The condition of the apartment depends on which one you get. Some have flooding problems, especially ground level studios. Maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, although the leasing office staff is pretty flaky. Laundry facilities are not very good, with machines often broken and dryers that don't always finish drying. They seem to a good job not raising the rent on long term tenants, and a lot of people
have made this a long term home.
